Jon is a full-stack developer with 20+ years of experience and founder of Webs Spun Right, a Southern California-based software agency. Originally from the Midwest, he builds high-performance web and mobile apps using modern frameworks like ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, and Lit. Jon also brings deep expertise in MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and yes—even ColdFusion. He’s been married to his high school sweetheart for 17 years, is a proud dad of four, and serves on the board of The Alliance Fastpitch. Jon loves solving complex problems and building clean, scalable solutions that last.
Kyle Baumgartner

Kyle is the Technical Product Owner at Webs Spun Right, with over a decade of experience in web development, ecommerce, and product management. He started as a web developer, moved into front-end work at Hayneedle.com, and later led product strategy at Rush Recommerce for platforms like rushmarket.com. Kyle brings a unique blend of technical expertise—HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript—and a deep understanding of Agile workflows, user experience, and SEO. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, BBQ, and storm spotting in the Midwest with his wife and four boys.
