The brief
We've partnered with The Alliance Fastpitch to design, build, and continuously evolve a digital ecosystem that supports one of the fastest-growing youth softball organizations in the country. Founded to unify leagues, elevate athletes, and create a clear pathway from regional play to national competition, the Alliance requires technology that can scale with its mission and complexity.
Our collaboration focuses on creating a seamless experience across athletes, coaches, administrators, and recruiters, transforming how data is managed, how teams operate, and how players gain visibility. From public-facing experiences to deeply integrated backend systems, we've helped bring their vision of a connected fastpitch community to life.

We redesigned and developed the Alliance's primary digital presence to reflect its national scale and athlete-first mission. The site serves as the central hub for leagues, events, membership, and communication.

We built a fully custom, editable data dashboard that acts as the operational backbone of the organization, centralizing information across players, teams, coaches, leagues, and awards.

Workflow automation and system integrations
The Alliance's automation runs in n8n, end to end. Instead of scripts hidden on a server, every job is a visual workflow you can follow step by step. This one registers each season's active teams with a partner platform: it pulls the teams from the database, reshapes each record for the partner's API, sends it, and writes the returned ID back. When a call fails, that branch records the error instead of dropping it.
