Our approach
The automations that earn their cost are rarely the glamorous ones. Intake forms that route themselves, quotes assembled from a price list, invoices reconciled against a bank feed, support email triaged before anyone opens it — unremarkable work that quietly consumes a day a week.
We are equally willing to tell you when a model is the wrong tool. A great deal of what gets sold as AI is a scheduled script with better marketing, and a deterministic n8n workflow is cheaper to run and far easier to trust. We will build whichever one your problem actually needs.
Either way, we build it in n8n. Every automation is a visual workflow rather than a script on a server nobody opens: the trigger, the database query, the API call and what happens when a step fails are all on one canvas. Where a step needs judgment, an AI model is one node in the flow. Where it doesn't, it isn't. And when something breaks, you can see exactly where.
