When a spreadsheet stops being enough

Web Applications

Every growing company hits the point where the spreadsheet everyone depends on becomes the thing everyone is afraid of. That is usually when a real application earns its cost.

Is this for you?

Sound familiar?

  • A spreadsheet has quietly become the system the business runs on.
  • The same information gets typed into three places, and they never quite agree.
  • Clients or staff need a portal, and today the answer is an email chain.

How we help

What you get

  • Built around your process

We start from how your team actually works, not from what an off-the-shelf tool assumes.

  • One source of truth

Replace the spreadsheet, the shared inbox and the whiteboard with one system everyone trusts.

  • Roles and permissions

Staff, managers and clients each see what they should, and nothing they shouldn't.

  • Connects to what you own

Your accounting, CRM and payroll systems already hold the data. The app should read from them, not duplicate them.

  • Reporting that answers questions

Not a wall of charts — the specific numbers you currently rebuild by hand every month.

  • Grows with you

Built so adding the next feature is a week, not a rewrite.

Our approach

What we build with

Most of our application work is React and Node, with PostgreSQL or MySQL behind it, hosted on AWS. For teams already invested in Microsoft, we build and host on .NET and Azure instead. The stack follows the client, not our preferences.

Authentication is never hand-rolled. Sign-in runs through an established provider — Google, Microsoft, or a vetted auth library — because custom session and password code is the single most common way a small application becomes a breach.

Capabilities

  • Dashboards and admin systems
  • Client and member portals
  • Sign in with Google or Microsoft, and single sign-on
  • Role-based access control
  • Relational database design
  • Taking over and modernizing inherited applications
